Onward Repairs our in-house repairs maintenance team is expanding
From April 2024 we will be directly carrying out repairs for our customers across Greater Manchester and Chesire for all responsive and voids maintenance.
Our in-house maintenance team or direct labour organisation (DLO) are given the support, training, and development they need to deliver a best-in-class repairs service to our customers. Not only do we offer a great range of benefits and competitive market salaries (which are reviewed regularly), our trades teams also have the opportunity to progress their careers.
Many of our tradespersons become our future team leaders and managers of this first-class repairs service.
