If you need to contact us during the Easter period, please note our opening hours below:
- Thursday 17th April, 8am to 6pm
- Friday 18th April (Good Friday), emergency service*
- Monday 21st April (Easter Monday), emergency service*
- Tuesday 22nd April, 8am to 6pm
*Our emergency phone line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Good Friday and Easter Monday. If you need to report antisocial behaviour or an emergency repair, such as a complete loss of power, faulty boiler, a flood or leak that can’t be controlled, please call us as soon as you can on 0300 555 0600.
