This online event attended by members of our Customer Engagement Team and our Home Ownership Team, will update on where we are up to with leasehold engagement.

Since the end of last year, we have been working towards making sure that our leasehold customers’ voices are being heard.  There have been monthly sessions since then where we look at different aspects of the leasehold service, with customers discussing and giving feedback direct to our leasehold team.  If you are a leasehold customer and would like to get involved in shaping your services, then this is the event for you.
