What is it?
The purpose of the workshop, hosted via Microsoft Teams, is to chat with customers and understand how we can realise our vision. We want to look at how we can work with the strengths and aspirations of our communities to fulfil their potential and make a difference.
The workshop will inform how we continue to invest and develop community activities to ensure that we create opportunities that will bring the most benefit to your neighbourhood.
The workshop will focus on 4 key questions:
- What are the greatest strengths in your community?
- What do you think are the aspirations, the things people really want out of life?
- What do you think is the most important role Onward can play in helping people to fulfil their aspirations?
- What are the best examples of Onward making a positive difference in the community?
Our Customer Engagement Specialists will deliver a short presentation, then open the session to participants.
