How do I sign up?

1. Download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store by searching for ‘Housing Perks’ on your mobile or tablet device.  
2. Enter your mobile phone number.  
3. You will be sent a One Time Passcode (OTP) via text message to confirm your mobile phone number. Once you have received your OTP, enter it into the app.  
4. When asked to choose your housing association, select ‘Onward’ from the drop-down list. 
5. Enter your Tenancy Reference Number, which you can find on the rent review information we send to you each February, via the My Onward Portal or by contacting us, along with your contact information.
