Advice on preparing for the weather
If you need help with an emergency repair, such as a complete loss of power, faulty boiler, a flood or leak that can’t be controlled, our emergency phone line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We’re to help if you need us, so please call us as soon as you can on 0300 555 0600. If your boiler stops working suddenly, the external condenser pipe may be frozen. Please follow our step-by-step video guide before giving us a call.

If you need somewhere to keep warm, Warm Welcome UK provide dedicated spaces in public buildings across the country with free heated areas during the day.
