Onward is committed to being a leading environmentally friendly landlord, providing warm, safe and affordable homes.

We have secured over £6.8m from the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2.1 to deliver energy efficiency upgrades to over 600 homes across Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. We will be using the funds to install a range of energy efficiency measures including external wall, cavity and roof insulation, new window and doors, to help homes keep warmer, quieter and more comfortable.
